Ship and Delivery Policy
We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal convenience fee of Rs. 100 will be added during checkout. This convenience fee is non-refundable.
Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, and it takes another 5 - 7 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
In case any product is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of the delivery due to a damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you and a refund may also be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
After placing the order customer can cancel the order before the order is dispatched from the warehouse, if he/she wish to. In case of customer request for refund, it will be processed through same mode for prepaid orders within 10 working days. For COD orders, please email us with your bank details for us to refund the money. Products can be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery only if the product is unused or damaged.
