In case any product is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of the delivery due to a damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you and a refund may also be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
After placing the order - whether COD or prepaid - you can cancel the order before the order is dispatched from the warehouse, which is within one day of placing an order. In case of customer request for refund, it will be processed through same mode for prepaid orders within 10 working days.
Once the order has been dispatched, the order can neither be cancelled or returned, unless damaged when received.
